Information and purposes
When you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your name, product, working environment or feedback. We use it to respond, discuss beta participation, investigate reported problems and improve our tools. We do not use an enquiry to automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
Website operation
The website is hosted on XServer and uses WordPress and Polylang. The hosting system may record technical access information, including IP addresses, request times, requested URLs and browser information, for delivery, troubleshooting and security. Cookies may be used for language selection and administrator sign-in. The site currently has no public account registration, payment facility or active web submission form.
Analytics and distribution
Cloudflare Web Analytics and R2 distribution are planned but are not active on this website at launch. Before introducing services that change how visitor information is handled, we will update this policy.
Storage and sharing
We limit access to information to what is needed for the purposes above and use appropriate safeguards. We retain it for the period needed to handle the enquiry, related support and any applicable legal obligations, then delete it when it is no longer needed. Hosting and email providers may process information as necessary to provide their services. We do not sell personal information or provide it to others without consent, except where required or permitted by law.
Diagnostic data
App diagnostic data is described in a separate policy. Images, video, and project files are never included in diagnostic reports. This website does not accept automatic app crash reports.
